TinyBeats offer a baby led approach so please feel free to change, feed or move around with your baby.

We encourage the adults in the room to form relationships with one another however we do ask that during the session that chatter is kept to a minimum and the focus is on the children to allow everyone to have a wonderful time.
​
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to avoid disruption once the class has begun. If you are running late, please enter the class quietly, find the nearest available space and join in when you and your little one(s) are ready.
​
Please bring proof of booking, failure to do so may result in a fee.
​
Mobile phones must be switched to silent or switched off.
​
Please do not consume any food during the session unless for medical reasons (this does not include formula or breast milk)
​
Please be aware that some venues may not have a baby change located nearby however TinyBeats will offer a changing station in the room.

Please be aware some venues may have hard surfaces, although mats are provided please feel free to bring a blanket or something soft to place your baby on if required.
​
If you require a refund for your classes and have followed the cancellation policy please be aware that a 10% deduction will be applied to cover booking and admin fees. If your class is cancelled by the class leader you will be offered a full refund, alternate class or a voucher/discount towards another class.

Media Consent
We love taking and sharing your pictures as well as sometimes recording videos at TinyBeats, this helps to share our wonderful experiences with others who haven't been lucky enough to join us yet! These photographs and/or videos may be used for distribution, display or publication. We may use your photographs and/or videos on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures and printed materials.

You can transfer (subject to availability) your class as along as 24 hours notice has been given on your class booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your class start time you will not be able to transfer your class and will lose your money for that session. You may transfer your class to a friend but please let the class leader know their name and child's details via email.
Cancellation Policy
Although every care has been taken with TinyBeats resources and props please be aware that your child or children are your responsibility and TinyBeats cannot guarantee all resources and/or props are 100% child safe. Resources and props are not intended for consumption. Please adhere to venue safety rules and make yourself familiar with the fire escape route.

At TinyBeats we want to keep everyone well, we understand that everyone gets coughs and colds but please be mindful of other children and adults in the class and assess whether it is suitable for your child to attend their TinyBeats class. Please let your class leader know! Did you know? If you can't make a class you can gift your space to a friend to enjoy!
